Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Check-in/out: Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out upon request and availability.
- Guests: Max occupancy as per reservation. No unapproved visitors or parties.
- Noise: Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Smoking: No smoking indoors.
- Pets: No pets unless approved in advance.
- Cleanliness & Damages: Keep the property tidy. Report any damages immediately.
- Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
- Amenities: Use all facilities responsibly. No glass near pool/jacuzzi.
- Keys: Lost keys/remotes may incur a replacement fee.
- Violations: Breaking rules may lead to penalties or removal without refund.
