All bathrooms include: • Plenty of soaps, shampoos and conditioners • Have a hairdryer and hair straightener • Plenty of bath and hand towels Everything else: • Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay • Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests’ post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation. Please note we do not have on-site parking though there is free parking around the park and a handful of parking lots nearby. HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. Hot tub rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the hot tub properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The hot tub rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. We’d be delighted to host your wedding, event, or any special occasion. Before booking, please message us first to confirm if hosting your event is possible. Please note: A venue fee and a security deposit are required in addition to the accommodation. The venue fee is calculated based on the total number of guests. Our property can accommodate up to 50 guests (including overnight guests). This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays. It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot, this prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel as we are in one of the most exclusive areas in town with easy access to everything the city has to offer.
