VILLA DESCRIPTION The villa, designed by a well-known Greek architect, equally balances luxury and functionality, and is subtly integrated with the natural setting by extensive use of natural materials. It has an air of openness and lightness, where one can relax far away from the stresses of urban life, while being close enough to all holiday and tourist attractions. The northeast and northwest winds, common in Greece during summer, have a cooling effect, even on days with high temperatures. The entrance level is an open space and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a family room, a dining room, an open plan eat-in kitchen and a WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to an outdoor sitting and dining area. The living and the family rooms open to a separate shaded outdoor sitting and dining area. Both outdoor areas are enclosed by stone walls and provide stunning views of the sea. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed, an open space office that could also be used as a playroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a separate dressing room and a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two twin beds and walking closet, an office room, and a bathroom complete with shower. Both bedrooms open up to a balcony providing a stunning view of the sea. On the 2nd floor there is a 45m2 open space bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa. It opens up to a balcony providing equally stunning sea view. A 28m2 swimming pool, surrounded by a garden and an outdoor seating area, is located in front of the living and the family rooms. An elevator serves the villa from the lower floor up to the 1st level. The entrance level, 1st and 2nd floors are fully A/C equipped.
