Welcome to Escape at the Lake, the perfect home to create everlasting memories! Enjoy you own private 117 feet of lake front with dock and mooring on the glistening shores of Lake Charlevoix’s South Arm. Paddle boards, kayaks and a hot tub added too. This lovely, updated home sleeps 10 comfortably and comes fully equipped with everything you need. We are conveniently located near the Boathouse (.9 miles) and Castle Farms (10 miles) for weddings or events!! Boyne Mountain only 13 miles away!
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
We live locally and are available in person for any emergencies. Otherwise we are only a text or phone call away with any questions you have.

Guests have access to the whole home. The pole barn on the property is not available for use.

You will be surrounded by luxury in the private master suite offering a steam shower, heated floors, two closets and spectacular infinity views from your cozy bed. Stream on the TV using your own log in information.

Off of the kitchen you will find a set of stairs leading to two more large bedrooms, 1 King the other 2 queens and a full bath.
Main floor:
The chef’s kitchen comes equipped with a subzero fridge, high end gas range, granite counters, tons of storage and more amazing views! This home has tons of space for a large family offering a living room, family room (with 3 pull out twin sofas), sitting room, two full baths, laundry room and game room on the main level.
