The property can accommodate up to 36 guests across six cozy, one-bedroom condos when booked in its entirety. Whether you’re reserving the full lodge or just a couple of suites, you’ll enjoy your own private space while also having access to a wide range of thoughtfully designed shared amenities.
Spread out between two suites, each your own peaceful retreat, with a comfy queen bed, bunk beds, a full-sized sleeper sofa, and a private bathroom tucked right off the bedroom. Beautifully decorated with a warm, modern touch, every unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer so you can truly relax and pack light.
When you’re ready to gather, the shared spaces are perfect for reconnecting and making memories. Kick back in the inviting lounge with its pool table, bistro seating, and a handy kitchenette. Share meals together in the spacious new dining room.
The heart of this lodge is its incredible amenities. Take a dip in one of the largest private indoor heated pools in the Smokies, kept just right at 85 degrees, or soak away the day’s adventures in the 7-person hot tub, tucked under a pergola glowing with twinkling string lights — pure magic as the evening sets in.
For fun and games, the game room is a standout with its rare four-player "Harpoon Lagoon," a multicade with over 400 games, "Big Buck Hunter Reloaded," skeeball, and a basketball shootout game. There’s never a dull moment here.
Step outside to the big backyard, where you’ll find three cozy gas firepits perfect for storytelling and laughter, along with corn hole and bocce ball courts to keep the friendly competition going. Little ones will love the playground with a climbing wall, slide, swings, and playhouse.

Home Truths:
- There is no stove or oven in the lounge (there are stoves/ovens in each of the suites). However, there is an XL 10-in-1 countertop toaster oven that fits two 16" pizzas and allows you to bake, air fry, toast, slow cook, dehydrate, broil, roast, warm pizza, and turbo convection.
- Due to new safety regulations in Sevierville, enforced by the Sevier County Fire Marshall, the garage doors in the pool room are no longer able to be opened to ensure pool safety.
- Pets are not typically allowed at this property, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire for more details.
- Please note that all shared amenities are communal and may be used by other guests as well.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
