This welcome addition to the rental program sits in a great location with direct access in front of the home to the turtles of the Turtle Bale pedestrian path leading to a short walk to the Gulf. The first-floor courtyard offers seating and one of the nicest, private exterior showers in the town. Entering the home on the first floor, you will find the primary bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. In addition, there are two queen-sized bedrooms that both offer ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor guests will enjoy the dining area along with the kitchen and living room. Just off of the living room you will find a covered sitting area with fireplace and TV, along with a lovely view of the Turtle Bale pedestrian path. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
