The building does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment. As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious, inviting living room designed for relaxation and comfort. The large, comfortable sofa is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space. From here, you can enjoy the vibrant views of the Miramar neighborhood, a perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or an evening of relaxation. The living area also provides a cozy atmosphere for socializing, playing games, or watching your favorite shows. The apartment boasts a modern and fully-equipped kitchen that makes cooking a pleasure. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll find everything you need, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. Two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dish sponge are provided for your convenience. Each bathroom is equipped with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and each guest is provided with one bath towel. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. If you require any additional items or assistance during your stay, the host is happy to help. The building has a backup generator and a water cistern, but power outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company’s service. In the event of an outage lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. However, refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used. The Miramar area is home to an exceptional food scene, with a wide range of dining options to suit every taste.
