Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful San Juan! Our cozy two-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in Puerta de Tierra, just a short distance from Old San Juan and only a few minutes’ walk from El Escambrón Beach. You’ll be perfectly situated to enjoy the best of what San Juan has to offer! The apartment features two bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated throughout, it provides a comfortable and inviting space for relaxing after a day of exploring the city or the nearby beach. We’re excited to host you and ensure you have an amazing time embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special! Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. A water cistern is available to help maintain comfort during these moments. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep insects away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to minimize the inconvenience.! 🌞🌴 Important House Rules & Helpful Reminders To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review the following: 🚽 Toilets To help prevent plumbing issues, please do not flush anything down the toilet, including toilet paper. Kindly dispose of toilet paper and any other sanitary items in the trash bins provided. 🔇 Noise The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors. 🚭 Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 penalty fee will apply for any smoking-related violations. 💡 ❄️ Air Conditioning & Lights When leaving the property to explore the area, please turn off all lights and set the A/C to a higher temperature or turn it off when possible.
