This newly renovated paradise boasts a 7,500 square foot lot of pure, unadulterated awesomeness. You read that right – it’s a playground of epic proportions, scattered throughout the property’s grounds. This unique home allows for two units to be rented as one allowing for your group to have some private and shared spaces. - Upstairs is a 4 bedroom, 2 full baths plus a 1/2 bath. (King with en suite full bath, 3 queens with shared bath and 1/2 bath) - Head downstairs and there is another complete home with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath plus a 1/2 bath (Queen with en suite 1/2 bath, Queen with full shared bath), another kitchen, living room and dining area. You also have access to a second washer and dryer. The pathway leads to a common area at the lower level of the property featuring a cozy safari-inspired tent (with privacy curtains), putt-putt course, and cornhole/ladder toss court. This home is located atop a hill, and there is usually free street parking within near proximity if not directly in front. When parking on a hill, be sure to crank your wheels towards the curb to avoid being ticketed. GETTING AROUND The house is conveniently located with quick access to convention center, downtown, Old Town, Gas Lamp, Little Italy, East Village, Petco Park, and Mexico Border. 5-10 minute taxi ride to airport, downtown, zoo, museums, and much more. We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer. Within 10-15 minute walk to: - Waterfront Park - Little Italy (quaint shopping and dining, just blocks away) - Mission Hills shopping district - Banker’s Hill (cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops) - San Diego Harbor Within 5-10 minute drive of: - Gas Lamp Quarter (shopping, bar & restaurant district) - Downtown - Balboa Park & San Diego Zoo - San Diego Convention Center - only 2.5 miles away - The Pacific Ocean & Beaches - Coronado Island and historic Hotel del Coronado - Historic Old Town - Petco Park (home of the Padres) - The USS Midway aircraft carrier museum - Seaport Village shops & dining GUEST ACCESS We use a smart lock and will send you the code 14 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home. HOUSE RULES - No smoking - No pets - Check in is anytime after 4PM - Check out by 10AM Please treat our home as if it were your own...who knows, we might stay at your house one day! NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES. No parties or gatherings permitted or other guests allowed on the property beyond what is on the reservation unless you received prior written approval. All guests must be over the age of 25 unless a parent is present on the property. If any of these rules are violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and all monies paid will be forfeited. LOCATION Our home is located in the best neighborhood in San Diego, offering great proximity to most attractions and fantastic views. While our properties feature high quality, acoustically rated windows and doors, our central location means you will may occasionally hear the sounds of the city including planes that take off between the hours of 6:30am and 10:00 pm. If you are very sensitive to noise, staying anywhere in the downtown San Diego area may not be the right choice. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We will treat you like family and do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you!
