ACCESS TO THE BUILDING: Only the guests mentioned in the reservation are allowed in the building, all additional personnel must be registered in the reservation for proper authorization.
APARTMENT COMFORTS: For your convenience, you will find salt, sugar and coffee at your disposal. We want to make sure you enjoy a cozy and well-stocked stay.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Early check-in and late check-out have an additional charge subject to availability. In case you require these services, please consult with your host about the possibility and value of the fee. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Salt, sugar, coffee, paper towels, kitchen soap and a limited line of personal hygiene products (shampoo, body and hand soap, toilet paper) are available. We have chairs (2) and towels for the beach. Please read all the apartment rules before booking. Check in is from 3:00PM, if you wish to check in earlier, it has an extra cost. Same with check out which is at 11:00AM. It will be subject to availability, please check with your host. *Important information about Wet Areas: they are out of service for maintenance on Mondays. Parking is subject to availability. Outside the building in the bay there are more parking spaces available.
