On the ground floor, the large living and dining area stars a large sofa. There’s a bathroom with a walk-in shower here too, The bedroom on this floor has a superking bed which can be converted to a twin upon request, along with plenty of wardrobe space and a SmartTV.
Downstairs, a four-person dining table and a fully-fitted kitchen with high spec appliances alongside the second bedroom, fitted with a king bed. An additional office space offers a dedicated workspace for those wishing to work from home and another bathroom and separate utility room features a walk-in shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
