Located only 9 miles from Big Bear Lake, the ski resorts, and The Village, the property backs directly onto the San Bernardino National Forest, giving guests instant access to hiking, wildlife, and wide-open skies.
Outdoor living
The grounds offer the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Kids will love the playground with swings, a slide, and a John Deere teeter-totter, while animal enthusiasts can visit the seasonal chicken coop (spring through early fall) or watch horses at nearby ranches. Pets have their own fenced yard with two dog houses. Relax in the outdoor hot tub under the stars, share stories around the propane fire table, or unwind on the couples’ swing. The barn loft serves as a 900-square-foot game room featuring a TV, air hockey, darts, foosball, a massage chair, arcade games, and a casino-style poker table. Hiking trails start just beyond the property, leading deep into the forest. There’s a seasonal gold panning water feature where kids can purchase gem bags or bring their own for panning fun. Antique farm decor makes for great photo ops, and seasonal hammocks are available upon request. Snow sleds are stored in the large dog house outside. Enjoy alfresco dining on the kitchen balcony with a farm-style table and BBQ, or at the large and toddler picnic benches near the playground.
Indoors
The main level’s great room combines hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with glazed log beams. A 55-inch Smart TV is perfect for movie nights, while the updated gourmet kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure. Cook with Brazilian quartzite counters, a copper farmhouse sink, stainless steel prep station, and wine fridge, then step onto the balcony to grill or take in the views. The front balcony offers rocking chairs, infrared heaters, Bluetooth speakers, and a propane fireplace for crisp mountain evenings.
Sleeping arrangements
The queen master suite includes heated floors, a private balcony, and a spa-style bath with an oversized steam shower, eucalyptus aromatherapy, and a Japanese soaking tub with multiple shower heads. Lighting includes backlit niches and chromotherapy features, while a heated towel warmer and boot/glove dryer add comfort after a day on the slopes. The second queen suite offers a wood-burning fireplace, loveseat, The second queen suite has a multi-function heated bidet in the cave bath, Smart TV, and a forest-facing entry, plus a cave-inspired stone shower with a copper bench and rain feature. Upstairs you’ll also find a mountain-themed twin room and a Spanish-style bunk room with a queen, full, and twin bed, sharing a steampunk-inspired bathroom with live-edge stone sinks and artful tile.
On the lower level, a cowboy-themed queen bedroom offers privacy, two plush electric recliner, Smart TV, WII gaming console, electric dart board and a 4 in 1 multi game table (pool, hockey, foosball, tennis) and access to the yard.

Park on the upper driveway, near the green garage door, and the adjacent gravel parking area. Please don’t park directly in front of the Barn garage door for tractor clearance during snowstorms. Please do not block gravel roads used for snow plowing, deliveries, and roundabouts for exiting property.
