All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Two automatic gates lead to the property with internal parking. Interiors The villa (340mq) has been recently restored with conservative interventions respecting the traditional Lucca architecture, but it has also been embellished with high quality finishes ensuring maximum comfort and functionality. All electrical and water systems have been recently installed. The ground floor opens onto a large living room with a refined wooden table and TV, an open space lounge with sofas, satellite TV and decorative fireplace; from the living room you access a large professional kitchen with central island and decorative fireplace, a bathroom with shower (without bidet).
