In the main living space, sink into the sectional sofa or leather armchairs and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. The sunroom overlooks the grassy backyard, and its plush sofas are the perfect spot for sipping your coffee in the morning breeze. The new addition of a shuffleboard table and dart board make the sunroom fun for all. The yard is entertainment-ready with lawn games and a fire pit. With Main Street just a 15-minute walk away, you may decide to skip cooking altogether. But if you decide to have an evening in, the kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for cooking, with stainless appliances and plenty of counter space (including a breakfast bar with three stools). Tip: On certain days you can grab fresh ingredients at the Fredericksburg Farmers Market, just a mile away! Serve your culinary creations at the dining table just around the corner from the kitchen. When dinner is over, throw the dishes in the dishwasher and head out to the backyard for s’mores around the fire pit. You can do your cooking outdoors, too: there’s a gas BBQ grill on the back patio. The house, all on one level, features a primary suite with a King bed and an exquisitely tiled walk-in shower, a 2nd King-size bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a double-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo with a deep soaking tub.
