It boasts an en suite bathroom with a spacious double vanity, exquisitely tiled shower, and a generous walk-in closet. It also boasts a large flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer a sumptuous queen bed and their own large flat-screen TVs. This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can’t accommodate cats at this time. -Pet fee(s) of $135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate. -Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit. -Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. -A separate pet waiver must be signed. -Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems. 7. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) 12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use. 13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won’t be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
