Accommodations at the Primrose Cottage include two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The cozy living room is complemented by a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space if needed. The riverside location allows for various outdoor activities, such as kayaking or floating on the gentle waters of the Pedernales River. Guests can explore the riverside walking trails, carved out amidst the natural beauty and wildlife of the area, or simply unwind and absorb the tranquility of the hill country setting. The waterfront oasis is adorned with hammocks and swings, offering inviting spots for relaxation while immersed in the scenic surroundings. Bordering the property are neighboring ranches featuring photogenic horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, and llamas, adding to the charm of the rustic landscape. Ideal for gatherings, a spacious covered pavilion equipped with comfortable furnishings, a bathroom, and a backdrop wall serves as a perfect social space. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following: Pet fees & rules: We’re delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can’t accommodate cats at this time. -Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate. -Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs. -Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. -A separate pet waiver must be signed. -Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) 12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use. 13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 14.
