The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals or quick snacks during your stay. Step outside and take in the serene lake views from the balcony, fire up the propane grill, or gather under the covered pavilion for a picnic at the outdoor table. While lake levels may be low, the area still offers a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere that’s ideal for recharging. Whether you’re soaking in the scenery or just enjoying quiet moments with your favorite people, The Lake House is a welcoming haven on the lake. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $63.87 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) 12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use. 13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 14.
