The sofa bed will only be prepared for bookings with more than 4 guests, unless requested*. For groups larger than 4, a nightly fee of $29 per extra guest will apply.
*For groups of 4 or fewer who require the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. A linens fee will apply, which covers an additional quilt, pillows, sheet, and towels. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to confirm the fee for you.

Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you’re not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & Therry St, just a 2min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 5 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th guests.
The 5th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a king single.

Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Bouverie & Victoria St, only a 2-5min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
