🅿️ Parking Guests may park in front of the house or use free street parking nearby. 🔑 You will have exclusive access to Apartment #3, located on the left side of the main house. This private unit includes a bedroom, common areas, and a kitchen. Please note that the property has three other units, each with its own private access, and there is no access to Apartment #4, which is directly beside this unit. The outdoor patio is shared with the other units on the property. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
