This golf condo is located in the highly sought after Tupelo Bay Community - one of the most popular golf resorts in the Murrells Inlet/Surfside area! Given it is not far from our beautiful shore, golf lovers and beach lovers will enjoy spending their vacation in this condo. Minimum booking age: 25 It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: 2nd floor unit. Elevator available! Self check-in with key pad. Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Sleeper sofa. Access to unique sitting room! Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bathroom 2: Hallway access. Bedroom 3: Two single beds. Complex Amenities: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex. Gym. Beach: PEAK SEASON ONLY - The Tupelo Bay Golf Villa Beach Shuttle typically runs from Memorial Day through August. Each day after that the shuttle service will begin at 9:00 A.M. ending at 4:00 P.M. Hope you enjoy your time at the beach. This shuttle is run by a 3rd party and no guarantee of operation. Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive just over to the Tupelo Bay Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply). Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit. You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized golf course (Extra fees apply). Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine pest control happens quarterly. The technician is required entry for the service. Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
