Located on a spacious one-acre lot, this single-level home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it the perfect getaway for families, friends, and pets. With a fenced-in yard, private hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating, there’s plenty of room to relax, unwind, and let the kids and dogs run free.
Centrally situated between Kalispell, Whitefish, and Bigfork, you’ll be right in the heart of northwest Montana—ideal for exploring everything from hiking trails and ski slopes to charming downtowns and lakeside adventures.
As you arrive at the property, you’ll find plenty of parking for up to eight vehicles, two in the garage and the rest in the driveway, with extra space for an RV if needed. Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a small entryway, perfect for kicking off your shoes and hanging up coats.
From there, you’re led into an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the beautiful Montana landscape. The living room offers multiple seating options for cozy family time. Just to the right, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and bar seating for four. The dining area seats six or eight and features a large window with views of the outdoors. Past the dining room is a secondary living area with a comfy sectional, a TV, and Montana-inspired decor—great for movie nights or just relaxing after a day of adventure.
The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the primary bedrooms is located off the second living room and includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. The second primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and features a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa, with a shared bathroom (shower/tub combo) located just across the hallway, along with a full-size laundry room.
Step outside to enjoy the private patio area, complete with a hot tub, grill, and several seating areas. The large fenced yard is ideal for letting the kids play in the sandbox and the dogs play in the yard while you soak in the mountain air. The garage also has access to an elliptical for you to use. In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area, including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Whitefish Mountain Resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.
In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+ day hikes! Make sure you take time to experience downtown Bigfork, boasting shops, galleries, restaurants, and the Bigfork Summer Playhouse.
