Tucked just minutes from the beach and surrounded by the laid-back charm of this beloved coastal town, this serene retreat blends thoughtful design with breezy outdoor living. With easy access to local marinas, eateries, and the golf cart zone, your group can unwind and explore with ease.
Inside, the open-concept layout invites connection and comfort. A full kitchen and dedicated coffee corner set the tone for slow mornings, while the dining table for eight and spacious living room—complete with a large TV and fireplace—make it easy to gather after sun-soaked days. Each of the three bedrooms offers a plush queen or king bed, including a unique dual-bed primary suite that sleeps four. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional space for groups up to ten.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
