Enjoy special events, prize giveaways, and freshly groomed runs ready for your first turns of the season. The mountains are calling — don’t miss it! Damage Waiver: Includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the ’Cleaning Fee’ or ’Host Fee’ on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn’t cover unreported damage. Guests are not charged a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
