Our first-floor condo is a comfortable approx. 800 square feet in size and has been updated throughout. It is well maintained, nicely decorated, bright, clean and cheerful. The condo has 2 bedrooms, a master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with 2 full beds. The living room and each of the bedrooms have TVs with HD cable service. 2 of the TVs have DVD players. Sit on the patio and listen to the Gulf of Mexico and view some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. If you’re ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 3+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service from March - October (please call us for specific dates). Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Beach Access Locations: One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes. There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to Sept 15th, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service. AREA ATTRACTIONS: 30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you’ll find it all right here. Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey.
