Welcome to The Hub! This super clean condo at Delton Grand is in a quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy your morning coffee on the porch watching as life on our quiet street strolls by.
This unit is perfect for families, girl’s trips, and golfers alike. This unit is situated by the indoor pool (open year-round) and hot tub. It is just across the street from the outdoor pool and beach. The kids will have fun with our mini game room!
Upon arrival, you will find convenient parking in our 2-car garage. This unit is located by the indoor pool as well.
This condo is on the second floor, and you will need to climb a flight of stairs once you enter our front door.
Our condo has a large kitchen that is equipped with most anything you’ll need to prepare your favorite charcuterie or meal. You will need to bring your own food products, including spices. The kitchen has a bar that is perfect for evening conversation.
While our condo is not waterfront, the neighborhood is, and you will enjoy strolling around watching the boats and wildlife on the lake. You can fish from our piers as well. Our private balcony is a great spot to eat and socialize with a view of our quiet street and neighborhood.
The family room and kitchen are open concept with plenty of seating to watch the big game on our 50" Roku TV with cable so that you don’t miss any of the action.

There are no notable exceptions to guest access. A few minor things are an owner’s closet and there are some locked doors around the property but none of this is anything that will affect a visitor.
We are usually nearby and available to respond to our guest’s needs but we give you the space that you expect when renting a vacation property.
