Stay in this beautiful air-conditioned apartment (living room only) nestled in the heights of Villeneuve-Loubet, yet close to the center and the beach (5 minutes by car). Discover a unique panorama of the Baie des Anges. You’ll have access to the residence’s private swimming pool (shared with other residents) and tennis court (equipment not provided).
Tastefully designed and decorated, the apartment offers a host of outstanding features. Newly renovated and fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
At night, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed. There is another sofa bed in the living room (linen is only provided for 2 beds; if you wish to use all 3 beds, a supplement of €25 will be charged).
There’s also a lovely terrace with panoramic sea views.
The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen is highly functional, allowing you to cook and enjoy your meals in comfort. You’ll find: microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and full set of crockery.
The apartment is also equipped with an electrically-controlled blind, TV and high-speed fiber optic cable, ideal for work stays.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A shared parking lot (not private) is located at the bottom of the residence. Space is not guaranteed.
Direct access to Nice airport in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Antibes, 30 minutes to Cannes.
