It is located on the 4th and top floor of a traditional Nice building without elevator.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a superb view of old Nice and the cathedral.
The mezzanine has a second double bed. The living room, with its high ceilings, is very pleasant to live in, thanks to its two velux windows that provide maximum light.

Just a stone’s throw from Place Rosetti, in the heart of Vieux Nice, the apartment is located on Rue du Jésus. You’ll be in Nice’s liveliest and most sought-after district, yet still in a peaceful setting.
You’ll appreciate its narrow streets, shops, bars and restaurants, not to mention the fact that you’re only 300 meters from the sea.

Tramway: Vieille Ville cathedral stop 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Numerous paid parking lots are nearby.
