Prepare a delicious barbecue while enjoying the stunning natural views surrounding the property, with direct access to the river. In this nature-filled area, it’s common to spot wildlife like iguanas, manatees, and other local species, offering a unique experience close to the region’s fauna. Transportation is convenient, with multiple bus routes serving the area and the School Board Metromover Station just 4.8 miles away, connecting you to downtown Miami and beyond. Miami International Airport is approximately 12 miles from the property, ensuring easy travel connections. Important Things to Note for Your Stay: - Each bathroom is stocked with full-body towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and two rolls of toilet paper. - Please ensure trash is disposed of properly. Leaving excessive trash on the property will result in a $100 fine. - While we provide the BBQ, guests are required to bring their own gas cylinder for use. - To keep the pool area clean and free from wildlife, our staff has placed a floating plastic crocodile head in the pool. Don’t be alarmed if you see it—it’s harmless and acts as a scarecrow. In fact, you’re welcome to swim with it! (We’ll post a picture for reference.) Quiet Hours & Party Policy: This is NOT a party house. Noise in the patio or outdoor areas is strictly prohibited after 10 PM. Noise monitoring systems are installed, and violations may result in fines of up to $1,500.
