About 400 meters away is the marvelous Guitgia beach, famous for its crystal-clear waters, easily reachable on foot. A few meters away is the bus stop, offering connections to every part of the island. Lampedusa, surrounded by the magnificent Mediterranean Sea, is world-renowned for the striking and evident contrast between its wild nature and beautiful beaches; the turquoise sea, the blue sky, and the warm Mediterranean sun will make your vacation a dream. It is the southernmost island of Italy, characterized by the presence of clear historical traces left by the Arab colonies; these traces are visible in the island’s original architectural style, which can be admired while touring on a scooter or a traditional Mehari car, which has become a symbol of Lampedusa. A must-see is the most beautiful beach on the island, the nature reserve of Rabbit Island (Isola dei Conigli), undoubtedly the most fascinating and wonderful spot in Lampedusa. In 2013, it was voted the best beach in the world by TripAdvisor, with tourists adoring its crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and aquamarine colors. However, all the beaches and coves of Lampedusa are truly beautiful. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
