The Space This is a two-story villa with a private swimming pool and a dedicated parking space. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a dining area, a built-in kitchen, a guest toilet, a storage room, and access to a small backyard. A two-flight staircase leads to the second floor, opening onto a small landing with a large bright window and doors to the master and guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features panoramic windows, a private bathroom, and a spacious balcony. The guest bedroom includes a double bed and a single fold-out sofa, along with a small balcony. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. Please note: there is construction nearby. Noise may be heard during working hours. Guest Access The complex is located just a 5-minute walk from Stay Fit gym, Fresca Kitchens & Deli restaurant, and a spa. Within a short drive, you’ll find grocery stores such as Makro, Lotus, and Villa Market.
