Road access Please note that road access to many villas in Bali, including this one, is often narrow and best suited for motorcycles or small cars. For larger vehicles, such as a Hiace with 14 seats, access is possible but may require careful navigation. Should you need assistance with transportation arrangements, our team will be happy to help ensure a smooth arrival and departure. ROAD ACCESS CONDITION Villa Wellness Paradise owner has made a superbly paved access road in providing a smooth and seamless arrival. Designed with utmost precision and care, this road allows vehicles to navigate effortlessly, eliminating any concerns or challenges related to accessibility. **Please note that currently a construction project is currently underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. Additionally, with the workers scheduled to operate from 8 AM to 6 PM, we anticipate minimal disturbances during the night and early morning hours, ensuring a tranquil experience for our guests. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 12-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 26th guests, with the 25th and 26th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
