The living room will be ideal for watching movies together, and while some are watching movies, others can cook. The fully-equipped, modern kitchen is perfect for this, where you can cook whatever you want. All rooms are air conditioned and there is direct access from the dining room to the outdoor terrace. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower cabin. 3 rooms have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds. 2 rooms have access to a private balcony. In front of the villa there is a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, perfect for preparing and enjoying your favorite barbecue specialties. Refresh yourself in the outdoor pool, relax on the deck chairs with your favorite book, and then head to the Finnish sauna. The sauna room also includes a home gym, and in a separate room you will find a billiards table. The 1000 m² yard will be more than enough for carefree children’s play and as an additional entertainment feature there is table tennis. Located in a quiet part of the interior of Istria, Villa Murine is only 2.5 km from the sea and a pebble beach, which can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
