On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. This space, like the rest of the house, combines modern furnishings with rustic elements such as wooden beams and stone walls. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing meals on vacation, with basic kitchen utensils and smaller appliances such as an ice maker and toaster. There is also a large dining table and a high chair for children. The living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a TV with streaming services.
Villa Sarizol has 3 spacious bedrooms. All rooms have a large bed for 2 people, a TV and a wardrobe, and a cot is available on request. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms, one of which is located in one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are also modern and have showers, while some also have bathtubs, so you can choose what suits you best. The villa also has a washing machine and dryer.
The grounds of the villa extend over 4,500 m² and are a great place to enjoy the outdoors. In addition to the greenery, there is a terrace with a large table and lounge furniture where you can relax and enjoy lazy afternoons. For additional relaxation, there is an indoor wellness area with a swimming pool and sauna, as well as a gym for those who want to stay active while on vacation. In addition, the villa has a special corner for the youngest, a playroom with various toys, creative content and a play area.
The villa is located in Sarizol, a quiet village near Rovinj, ideal for those looking for a relaxing vacation. However, if you want to explore the town, Rovinj is only a short drive away. There are also protected natural areas nearby, such as the Zlatni Rt Forest Park and the Lim Channel, which offer numerous opportunities for walking, cycling and enjoying nature. Sarizol is also an excellent starting point for exploring the whole of Istria. Nearby are Bale, Pula, Motovun and Grožnjan, picturesque Istrian towns rich in history and culture.
