This rustic stone villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi offers an ideal vacation for 14 people, who will have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Istrian inland landscape. It has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a beautifully maintained garden with several relaxation areas. The interior of the villa has an area of 320 m2 and extends over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. In the kitchen you will find almost everything you need to prepare meals, including 2 coffee machines and a dishwasher. You will be able to enjoy your prepared meals at the dining table which seats 14 people. For a dose of relaxation, head to the living room where you will be greeted by a sofa for 8 people and an armchair - an ideal space for watching movies or playing board games. On the ground floor, as throughout the villa, a rustic decor style prevails, with focal elements of stone and wood. Open ceiling beams bring warmth to the space; which will certainly contribute to the fact that you will feel right at home in this villa. The villa has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed over the 1st and 2nd floors. Some rooms have double beds, while others have 2 single beds. In total the villa has 10 beds. 4 bedrooms also have private bathrooms. Some bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, while others have a bathtub. Other amenities include towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. The villa is surrounded by a 550 m2 garden with several relaxation areas and an outdoor wellness area. In addition to the essential swimming pool, there is a 7-person Jacuzzi, and next to the pool there are sun loungers where you can soak up the warm summer sun. There are also 2 covered seating areas, a lounge area ideal for your morning or afternoon coffee, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue area. There is more than enough space for the whole family, and if you are vacationing with your family, the children will certainly not be bored. Right next to the outdoor dining area is a children’s playground, and there are also plenty of props to be found in the indoor playroom. Badminton, billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, video games... The list goes on and on.
