Villa Casa Nova is located in the Istrian village of Brtonigla near Novigrad. This modern 2-story villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers everything you need for a truly relaxing vacation: a spacious and comfortable interior, a large garden with a swimming pool and relaxation area, and a view of nature. And if you don’t want to go on vacation without your pets, then this pet-friendly villa is the right choice for you.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. A capsule coffee machine is also at your disposal if you cannot start your day without a good cup of coffee. The living room has large windows so it is always full of daylight, making it a comfortable space for relaxing group gatherings.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the others on the 1st floor. All rooms have a TV and the rooms on the 1st floor also have a balcony. All bathrooms have a shower and some have a hairdryer. Additionally, the villa has a washing machine and ironing facilities, which is perfect if you are planning a longer stay.
The courtyard area covers 710 m² and it has a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, ideal for a cool dip in the summer heat. Next to the pool there are sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun or bring them closer to the villa and relax in the shade. The villa also has a covered terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding nature, as well as a charcoal grill with all the necessary accessories. Two covered parking spaces are also available at the villa.
If you want to explore Istria during your stay, nearby you can discover Novigrad and Umag, old Istrian towns where you can go sightseeing and exploring or relax on one of the beaches. Less than half an hour’s drive away is Motovun, a small town on a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding area and plenty of hiking and biking trails. If you are traveling with the family, be sure to visit the Istralandia water park, which is just a few minutes drive from the villa and offers pools and slides for a great day out.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
