Villa Torre I, located in the town of Tar not far from Poreč, will win you over with its combination of authentic Istrian charm and modern simplicity. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. The garden of 656 m² is completely fenced, so you can relax in the sun in complete privacy. A beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage and sunbeds under the olive trees will give you a Mediterranean atmosphere in the peace of the village. At Villa Torre I you can bring up to 2 pets with you.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. There is plenty of light throughout the day thanks to the glass doors that open directly onto the terrace. The minimalist modern decor is spiced up with traditional Mediterranean details, such as the antique stone fireplace in the living room. There is also a sofa for 8 people and a TV with satellite hook-up. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an island cooking area with a glass ceramic hob. The dining area is equipped with a table for sharing meals. A high chair for children is also available.
The bedrooms are designed as oases of relaxation - simple design with romantic traditional details create a warm atmosphere. Of the 3 bedrooms, 1 is on the ground floor and 2 are on the first floor. All are equipped with double beds and, like the rest of the villa, are air-conditioned to ensure you feel comfortable. If necessary, a cot can be added to the room. The room on the ground floor also has a safe for your valuables, and if you choose to stay in a room on the first floor, you will have your own private balcony. All rooms have en-suite facilities with toiletries and hairdryers. All bathrooms have shower cubicles and one bathroom on the first floor has a bidet.
The stone exterior of the villa with blue shutters blends in perfectly with the Mediterranean garden with swimming pool and olive trees. The swimming pool is 24 m² in size and is available for use from April to November. It also has a hydromassage area where you can completely relax. If you would like to do a workout outside of the swimming pool, there is an exercise machine available in the villa. After working out, relax in one of the sunbeds on the sundeck. There is an outdoor shower and a stone barbecue for al fresco dining. On the covered terrace with an outdoor dining table you can enjoy delicious specialities. Inside the fenced garden you’ll find a parking space for 2 cars, which is suitable for low chassised cars.
The villa is only 2.5 kilometres or a 4 minute drive from the nearest beach. That’s why you can always swap the pool for the Adriatic. The location is ideal for exploring the west coast of Istria, but our recommendation is to start from the place where the villa is, the charming town of Tar. Walk around the old town centre and climb the Tar bell tower, from which you can sometimes see Venice. Be sure to taste the local olive oil, considered the best in Europe. Novigrad and Poreč are nearby coastal towns that impress many visitors - Novigrad with its beautiful beaches and Poreč with its rich cultural and historical heritage and gastronomic offer. If you’re holidaying with the family, take them to the exciting Istralandia water park - just a 15-minute drive from Villa Torre I.
