Villa Sabrina is located in Višnjan, a village not far from Poreč. This villa is designed to combine the traditional with the modern, and offers all the amenities you need to make the most of your vacation. In addition to the pool, the spacious garden has lounge furniture and a hammock so you can fully relax. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests and it offers free parking with 2 parking spaces.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an air-conditioned open space consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room, and in case it gets cold, there is underfloor heating at your disposal. The living room features a large sofa facing the fireplace and TV, making it perfect for socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped and large enough for you to easily prepare your favorite meals while on vacation. Next to the kitchen is a dining table where your whole group can enjoy meals or simply hang out.
Villa Sabrina has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. All rooms have double beds and underfloor heating, and if you would like to cool your room down before going to sleep, one of the rooms has air conditioning, while the other two have ceiling fans. If you’re traveling with your family, you’ll also like the fact that one room has a cot, so you don’t have to worry about where your baby will sleep. The villa also has 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, while the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub, so each guest can choose what suits them best. There’s also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms and an iron and ironing board are also available in the villa, so you can look your best on holiday.
The garden stretches over 500 m² and offers everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. After a swim in the pool, you can relax on the sun loungers in the shade or in the sun, whichever you prefer, and the table under the covered terrace is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. And if you don’t feel like cooking, there is a wood-fired grill in the garden with all the necessary accessories.
If you want to explore Istria during your stay at the villa, you can start by taking a walk through the streets of Višnjan and learning about its history. A 20 minute drive will take you to Motovun, a medieval Istrian town on a hill with wonderful views of the surrounding area and many culinary delights. If you are more interested in beaches and the sea, you can drive to Poreč and Novigrad, or choose one of the smaller towns along the coast if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
