Villa Noemi is located in the peaceful surroundings of the village of Rakovci, in the interior of Istria. It is surrounded by 1,000 m² of fully fenced garden, which will provide you with maximum privacy. There is also a swimming pool in the garden, which will provide you with refreshment on hot summer days, and the large lawn is ideal for carefree children’s play. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is designed for 4 people and also welcomes pets.
The interior of the villa is 110 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large, bright, open plan room with access to the outdoor terrace. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation area with corner sofa and TV, and a dining area. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for preparing meals while the large island will be ideal for serving food. There is 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor. All rooms are air conditioned.
On the 1st floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The rooms are spacious and equipped with wardrobes and desks. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries.
