Villa Roza is located in the idyllic surroundings of the village of Kupjak in Gorski kotar. This wooden mountain house is an ideal choice for those who want to relax as much as possible and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage itself, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a separate cottage with an indoor spa on the same property. Doesn’t that sound ideal? The interior of the villa covers 200 m² and consists of 2 floors + a gallery. As soon as you enter the house, you will be amazed. In a really good way. Solid wood surfaces throughout the house, custom-made wooden furniture, numerous unique details that are also handmade, and indoor fireplaces that will warm you on cold days are just some of the special features. Inside the cabin you will find several areas for relaxation, the main ones being the living room and the gallery. Comfortable sofas are ideal for an afternoon relaxation with a view of the surrounding hills or for hanging out with board games. The fully equipped kitchen will welcome you with modern appliances for the preparation of meals that you can enjoy in the indoor or outdoor dining area. The rooms are air conditioned and for colder days there is under floor heating in addition to the fireplace.
There are 2 bedrooms in the villa, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed that can be used as a children’s room. There is also a gallery with a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms in the villa, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. There is also a guest toilet.
A few steps away from the villa is a beautiful cottage with an indoor wellness area with a hydromassage pool and deck chairs for relaxing. There is also a Finnish sauna on the 1st floor from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of Gorski Kotar and the Slovenian Alps. The house also has a bathroom with a shower, so you can freshen up after the wellness.
The fairy tale continues in the courtyard of the villa, where a saltwater swimming pool, several relaxation areas and a covered pavilion with a barbecue area await you. If you decide to leave the villa after a day of relaxation and rest, you can rent bicycles or quads and explore the enchanting landscape of Gorski Kotar on 2 or 4 wheels.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
