And if you want to relax before the end of the day, there is also a hot tub. Isn’t that the recipe for the perfect vacation? If we have convinced you, come to this 5-bedroom villa today and experience an idyllic vacation the Istrian way.
The villa covers an area of 350 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor is reserved for socializing and relaxing, while the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The villa is divided into 2 separate units, each with its own living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. This vacation home is designed to accommodate up to 12 people, and the 2 separate units make it ideal for 2 families. The interior has a rustic style with modern elements, while the exterior is covered in stone. Both living rooms welcome you with comfortable sofas, perfect for lounging in the afternoon or watching a movie in the evening. In the fully equipped kitchens you can prepare various local specialties to enjoy at the indoor or outdoor dining table.
Of the 5 bedrooms available in the villa, 4 are located in the main building, while the 5th bedroom is in a separate building in the courtyard. Most of the bedrooms have double beds and each has its own bathroom. In the bathroom you will find towels and toiletries. There are also 2 guest toilets in the house.
Villa Kata’s courtyard covers 500 m² and is completely fenced to protect you from unwanted views. In addition to maximum privacy, there is a 26 m² swimming pool with a separate outdoor whirlpool. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with loungers, and when you get tired of sunbathing, you can move to the shade of the pergola in one of the comfortable outdoor chairs. In a separate building in the yard there is a space for playing, exercising and relaxing. After a great day of relaxation, you can end the evening with a meal prepared on the outdoor grill and served at an outdoor table under the stars.
Villa Kata is ideally located - in a quiet environment, half an hour from the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. Near the accommodation is the historical town of Sv. Lovreč, whose city walls will take you far, far into the past. While you are in Istria, be sure to try one of the many local gastronomic delicacies, such as truffles, and drink a glass of Teran wine.
