Villa Casa Tia II is located in Mihatovići, near Poreč. This modern 3 bedroom villa is decorated with a contemporary interior that will provide you with a high level of privacy and comfort. Parties are allowed in the house, so this is the perfect opportunity to gather your company and go on a long-awaited luxury vacation. Relax in the heated pool (pool heating is available at an extra charge) or hot tub, and if you’ve never tried a sauna, you’ll have the opportunity to do so. Your pet doesn’t have to stay at home either - bring them along as the villa is pet friendly. The villa is suitable for up to 6 people and can accommodate groups of young people.
The villa is 132 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The glazed wall creates the impression of a connection with the outside space and also ensures the entry of an abundance of natural light. The flow and layout of the space makes it ideal for gatherings and parties, and the indoor fireplace provides a pleasant and warm atmosphere. All rooms are air conditioned, with underfloor heating for colder days.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries, hairdryer and bathrobes.
The courtyard of the villa is reserved for relaxation and entertainment. There is a 21 m² swimming pool with deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun. On the outdoor terrace you will find an outdoor dining table where you can serve specialties prepared on the grill. On the lawn you can play football, badminton or some other sport and your pet can join you. Let this space be a place for socializing, having fun and creating beautiful memories.
Villa Casa Tia II is ideally located. Immersed in the countryside, with quick and easy access to the coast. It’s less than a 10 minute drive to the first beach, and once you’re on the coast, be sure to visit the town of Poreč. Not far from the accommodation is the Baredine cave, where you can discover all the beauties of underground Istria.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
