This villa is part of a semi-detached house with an area of 225 m² and consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a space for relaxation and dining consisting of living room, dining room and fully equipped high gloss kitchen. The space is dominated by neutral colors of light tones and elegant furniture, and through the balcony door there is a view of the outdoor terrace with a swimming pool. The fluidity of the space and its connection to the outside make it ideal for socializing. All rooms are air conditioned and underfloor heating is available for colder days.
Villa Ocean View has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Also, 1 of the bedrooms has an additional guest room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. All rooms have sea views and 2 rooms have access to their own balcony with a lounge area. There are also 2 guest bathrooms, 1 inside the villa and 1 outside. Each bathroom is equipped with toiletries and hairdryers.

Villa Ocean View is ideally located - the first beach is only 80 meters away, and the village itself is peaceful and quiet, ideal for a vacation. Only a few minutes drive away is Rogoznica, a coastal town with many amenities and attractions. In addition to good restaurants and beautiful bays, the main attraction of Rogoznica is lake Dragon’s Eye (Zmajevo oko), which changes color. Half an hour’s drive to the south is Trogir, whose old town lies on a separate island. To the north is Šibenik, a city with 4 fortresses and a magical promenade in the canal of St. Ante. Whichever city you choose, you won’t go wrong and your villa will be waiting for you when you return from your trip.
