Villa Qualia is located in Srbinjak, just outside the medieval town of Tinjan. This enchanting villa is the true definition of a combination of traditional and modern - it is a 130-year-old traditional Istrian building that has been renovated and refurbished. On a surface area of 200 m², there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which are designed to accommodate up to 8 people. With its luxurious interior and unique garden with heated pool, Qualia is bound to win you over the first time you visit. The ground floor has been transformed into an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The modern, minimalist decor comes to the fore, with wood elements and light colours warming the space. This is especially true in the living room, where a comfortable sofa faces a modern fireplace. The décor makes this part of the ground floor light and airy, as do the large sliding doors which lead directly to the outside patio. On the other side of the room is the wooden dining table that seats 8. Next to it is the entrance to the separate kitchen area. Decorated in a sophisticated combination of beige and black, the kitchen is fully equipped. This is where you are sure to enjoy making your morning cup of coffee with a view of the garden. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious terrace. Here too, a modern minimalist style is combined with traditional details and relaxing colours. You will therefore have your own oasis of tranquillity within the villa, no matter which room you choose. For total comfort, every room and bathroom has underfloor heating. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and two rooms have a desk. The modern minimalism of the bathroom will also provide you with a luxurious experience of relaxation. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and are equipped with hairdryers. The traditional stone exterior of the house and the Mediterranean greenery add a special charm to the 500 m² garden. Thanks to the various relaxation areas, swimming pool and summer kitchen, you can spend most of the day here. Take a dip in the heated seawater pool, then relax in one of the 8 sun loungers. For socialising with a cocktail or a glass of wine, there is a covered lounge area and a fenced off corner with outdoor seating for up to 10 people. The summer kitchen is also covered and fully equipped. With a large fridge, gas stove and barbecue, you can prepare all your meals while enjoying the Mediterranean air. Here you will be able to enjoy delicious specialities thanks to the large dining table that seats 8 people. Villa Qualia is located in the municipality of Tinjan, which is rich in historical sites, panoramic views, cycle paths and a wide range of gastronomic delights. The locals are particularly proud of their prosciutto-making tradition, so a visit to the local taverns is a must. The town of Pazin is only a 15-minute drive away and offers plenty of opportunities for a day trip, including historical sites and hiking trails. If you want to take a trip to the Adriatic coast, visit Poreč and Rovinj, towns known for their rich cultural and historical heritage. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
