From one of the bedrooms you can exit to a very spacious terrace, where you will find a whirlpool to relax in with a glass of your favorite wine after a busy day. There are also deckchairs where you can soak up the sun and work on your perfect complexion. From the ground floor of the villa a glass door will guide you to a spacious and fully fenced yard offering the desired privacy, and with a total area of 770 m2, you will not have to worry about whether your children will have enough space to play. There is also a paved sun deck, an outdoor table for 8 people where you can enjoy a barbecue that you have previously prepared in the outdoor fireplace. During hot summer days, the large 30 m2 swimming pool will provide you with refreshment, and thanks to the fact that it is a heated pool, you will be able to swim in it on slightly cooler days as well.
