Villa Aryana is situated in the heart of Istria, in Sveti Lovreč. This traditional 4 bedroom villa was built in 2011 and completely renovated in 2023. It is characterized by a traditional building style, combining Istrian and Tuscan architecture. It is designed for a maximum of 8 people. The villa offers its guests 190 m² of living space and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room which, thanks to its comfort and the number of seats, can be transformed into a small home cinema. It is furnished with a sofa, a divan and an armchair, a stone fireplace and a TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals. The villa will enchant you with its traditional charm, but also with its Istrian and Mediterranean spirit. All rooms are air-conditioned and central heating is available for colder days. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have an en-suite bathroom, while 1 bathroom is located on the ground floor, right next to the door of the adjoining room. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, all with double beds. From the first floor and the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea, which is 10 km away. The traditional-modern style of the ground floor extends to the upper floor, characterized by natural stone and wood combined with modern furniture. The property covers an area of 627 m² and is surrounded by a stone wall and decorated with luxurious Mediterranean plants. Day or night, you can enjoy the 35m² swimming pool, next to which you will find 8 sun loungers where you can read your favorite book or soak up the warm rays of the sun. On the outside terrace there is a charcoal or wood barbecue and an alfresco dining table, ideal for breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere or dinner at sunset. There is also an additional lounge area on the terrace with large comfortable cushions and a hammock in the garden. As well as a number of relaxation areas, the villa has plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The children will love jumping on the trampoline and you can also play badminton or darts. The villa is completely fenced and has a beautiful garden with lots of greenery, ideal if you bring your pets. There are 2 private parking spaces in the courtyard and 1 outside. There is also a charger for electric vehicles. The municipality of Sveti Lovreč borders the towns of Poreč and Rovinj, which are well worth a visit. In Lovreč itself, visitors will find everything they need for their daily stay, and in the nearby Lim Bay, a famous breeding ground for fish and shellfish, there is one of the leading fish restaurants in Istria.
