Both master bedrooms have private lanais and ensuite baths with walk-in showers, providing a comfortable and private retreat.
The updated gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals, featuring granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful cabinetry. Stay cool on warmer days with ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo. While on the lanai, take in the sights, smells, and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you’ll be astonished by epic sunsets, whether you choose to dine in or out.
Both bathrooms in the master and second bedroom feature walk-in, tiled showers, oversized mirrors, granite countertops, and personal sinks that offer plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area. There is a third half-bathroom located in the hallway with a stacked washer and dryer. Additionally, the villa provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your convenience.
Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 offers 1,529 square feet of interior living space and is located in the heart of Kapalua, close to many of Maui’s top beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, and Honolua Bay. Enjoy wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps away from the villa.
The property features 2 tennis courts, 3 pools, and BBQ areas, all available for guest use and enjoyment. There is plenty of free parking and no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore within walking distance, including the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking Trail.
Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawai’i, providing concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

Please note, due to two extreme storm events that impacted the 2026 work schedule for the Bay Villa pools.
The updated schedule is as follows:
Pool Closure Dates
Pool B: March 2 – April 17, 2026
Pool C: March 30 – April 24, 2026
Pool A: April 27 – May 22, 2026
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
To get back on schedule, Saturday work may be required.
The schedule is based on weather conditions.
During all closure periods, the affected pool areas will remain active construction zones. For safety reasons, there will be no access to the pool decks, and associated amenities, including BBQs, showers, bathrooms, and pool furniture, will not be available for use in the affected areas.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
