Villa Blagdan is located in the quiet village of Nova Vas, inland on the peninsula and close to the town of Poreč. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. With 224 m² of luxury interiors, an impressive garden with a swimming pool and its own wellness area, it will become your new destination for the vacation you’ve always wanted.
Ground floor has an open-plan living area combining lounge, kitchen and dining area. You will feel right at home in the modern interior, which is dominated by simple lines and neutral colours. The space is filled with natural light throughout the day thanks to the open layout and sliding glass doors that take up most of the exterior wall. The living room also has underfloor heating. Relax with your favourite book on the 8-seater sofa overlooking the modern fireplace or enjoy preparing specialities in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious countertop. Afterwards, guests can gather around the 10-person dining table to feast and chat.
The 744 m² grounds of the villa will also impress. As part of the fenced property, there is a private parking area for 3 cars with a charging point for electric cars. The covered terrace has a modern summer kitchen with barbecue. Next to it you can enjoy the prepared specialities at the large dining table or have a cocktail in the lounge. On the other side of the garden, a rustic wooden table and benches in the shade of a canopy provide another area for socialising. If swimming and sunbathing are more your thing, take a dip in the pool with outdoor shower and relax on one of the 6 sun loungers. To take your relaxation to a whole new level, there is an underfloor heated spa area with an infrared sauna and jacuzzi.
During your stay in the villa, we recommend you to explore the autochthonous charms of the Istrian region. If you like biking, you can explore the roads and paths around Nova Vas, while speleology enthusiasts can visit the Baredine cave. Explore this cave along a 300m-long path that ends in an underground lake, and if you’re lucky you might even see an olm, a species endemic to these areas. If you fancy a trip to one of the coastal towns, Poreč is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you can explore the old town and visit the 6th century Euphrasian Basilica. Then head to picturesque Motovun and enjoy traditional Istrian cuisine in one of the many taverns.
