Villa del Mare is located in the area of Massalubrense, it is surrounded by trees, in a very quiet location, with an amazing view over the Gulf of Naples and the entire bay of Sorrento, Ischia and Capri. This house is a rustic and very warm place and it can accommodate up to 8 people. There are four nice bedrooms (thee doubles and one with twin beds) in total and three bathrooms with shower. In detail, there is a main building where there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one with twin beds) and a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the bay. Then there is a new dependence where there is a fourth bedroom, with double bed and a bathroom. There is also a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea, with deck chairs and tables, ? where you can have breakfast or, at dinnertime, have a barbecue enjoying ?the sunset. In the house there is also a private swimming pool, equipped with umbrella and sunbeds that is located in a small garden, which is very well maintained. In the property there is air-conditioning and also a private parking where can find place two cars. ? The villa is located outside the center so it is advisable to have a car, however the nearest mini-market, bar and restaurant are 800 m. away and the nearest beach about 2 km far.
