This property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk or bike ride to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Howard Park with jogging paths, 9 public tennis courts and the Armory Art Center is located just a few hundred feet from this home. This home does not have a pool, however, Buttercup is only a few minutes walk to the West Palm Beach Hilton, where guests can acquire a day pass to access the expansive pool, jacuzzi and resort area, which features food and cocktail options. The Palm Beach County Convention Center and Rosemary Square, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are all within easy walking distance.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
