Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead. Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
